Owners and brothers Mike and Dave Dantas have been involved with building since 1986. In the early 90’s they began working in Colorado and started Dantas Builders in 1994.
Dave has a Bachelors degree in Building Construction from Wentworth Institute of Technology in Boston. Mike earned a business degree from New Hampshire College.
Both Mike and Dave are established in the community. Mike lives in Vail where he involved with the community developement department. Wildridge in Avon is home to Dave, his wife Kelly and their children Ben and Sydney.
Throughout the construction process Dave and Mike are very involved. Mike runs the excavation and sitework portions of the project. Dave manages and runs the framing and interior finish portion.
By being on site a majority of the time both owners are able manage the projects to get the best results.
